5 Essential Spinal Stretches for Daily Flexibility

We hope you’ve been working on your neck stretches and have been able to keep up your other daily exercises! Today, we are working on some full body stretches that will assist in maintaining your spinal health and achieving overall flexibility. The following module will offer Dr. Tracy’s insights along with a how-to on the individual stretches you’ll be starting this week.

We have included a document which details the stretches step-by-step and includes picture examples. We recommend printing this document and adding it to the others which make up your daily routine.
