Wellness Receptionist

About this Position

We are looking for a Wellness Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our prospective and existing wellness members. The mission of this role is to connect with potential practice members and make them feel hopeful and excited about changing their health and future with us. This is accomplished in person and virtually, and the expected outcome is that due in part to your contribution, we will see the number of new practice members who begin a life changing program with us increase by one per week.

Office Hours: Monday – Thursday 9AM – 4PM (Closed Friday – Sunday) Tuesday we are open until 5PM

Training: Weekly trainings will be held on Mondays for 1 hour unless otherwise specified

Events:

Additionally, there will be marketing events and other meetings outside of the normal listed business hours that employees will be expected to attend. There can be one to two events per week, generally on a weekday evening, as well as an occasional weekend event, about one to two per year. You will be expected to make most events, however you can also coordinate with the other team members to make sure all events are covered if you need to miss one.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate paid out biweekly plus Monthly Bonus System

Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Health Coach

About this Position

We are looking for a Health Coach to be one of the key pieces in keeping people on track and motivated as they reach their health goals. The mission of this role is to connect with existing practice members and make them feel hopeful and excited about changing their health and future with us. This is accomplished in person, virtually, and over the phone, and the expected outcome is that due in part to your contribution, we will see practice members reach their personal health goals and want to refer others to us for the same support and guidance.

For this role we do expect the person to be able to make one evening event per week which generally run from 5:30-8:00PM.

Office Manager

About this Position

We are looking for an Office Manager to enable us to grow and help more people, while at the same time increasing the quality of our service for our practice members. The mission of this role is to work directly with the practice owners and doctors to facilitate business growth and a highly functioning practice for our members. It will include but is not limited to detailed discussions with new practice members, marketing and event attendance, customer experience management, and office management. The expected outcome is that due to your contribution we will see the number of new practice members who start on their life changing journey with us increase by a minimum of one per week.

Business Development Manager

About this Position

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to enable us to grow and help more people, while at the same time increasing the quality of our service for our practice members. The main skills required for this position are being a go-getter, having excellent communication skills, and paying attention to detail. The mission of this role is to work directly with the practice owners and doctors to facilitate business growth and a highly functioning practice for our members. It will include, but is not limited to, onboarding discussions with new practice members, marketing, event planning and attendance, customer experience management, and systems improvement. The expected outcome is that due to your contribution we will see the number of new practice members who start on their life changing journey with us increase by a minimum of one per week while also freeing up time for the doctors to focus on providing optimal care.
