Brugger's Exercises

It’s time to learn about some common behaviors that can cause postural problems over time and how we can start to reverse those behaviors through short, daily exercises. The exercise we will focus on right now is called the “Brugger’s” exercise. This module will offer a step-by-step example of this technique along with Dr. Tracy’s insight for best practices.
